Homelessness, social tenancies, renting privately, finding a home, rent arrears
Call us on 028 9024 5640 between 09.30 and 14.30 Monday to Friday and choose option 3 to speak to a housing adviser. If you'd prefer, you can email us with details of your housing problem. If you'd prefer to speak to someone in person, please call our offices to make an appointment.
Mortgage debt and repossession advice
Call us on 0300 323 0310 between 09.30 and 17.00 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or between 09.30 and 20.00 Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you can't speak to an adviser right away our reception staff will take your details and an adviser will call you back by 17.00 the following day. You can visit our office in Belfast during these hours to speak with a Mortgage Debt Service adviser. You can also use our online chat to discuss your mortgage problems with one of our mortgage debt advisers.

Volunteers and staff from other organisations that need advice to help their clients deal with housing problems can speak to our agency adviser by calling 028 9024 5640 and choosing option 2 between 09.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Registered landlords, estate agents and letting agents can call our helpline for advice and information relating to private tenancies. Call 028 9024 5640 and select option 5 between 09:30 and 14:30 Monday to Friday.
